Hi guys,

I am considering buy a US Scott #29 and found 2 specimens on ebay from two different dealers. Can't determine which one has better centering and stamp #2 looks like there is a reperforation at bottom margin. Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated.

The bottom stamp appears to be the better centered. I suggest checking with the eBay listers as to their policy on returns. If they will not accept a return with full refund PLUS the cost of certification in the event the item is certified not as described, then I would wait and buy from a dealer or auctioneer who does offer such terms (there are many out there who do).
