Hey all. I'm new here and very much a greenhorn. I have had a few stamps I received after my grandmother passed away several years ago. I'm just know really looking at them and I have come across an orange yellow Franklin 10c without any watermark. Now I understand that's normal but the Scott catalogue seems to not give me an option of this stamp having a perforation of 11? I know its A148 and maybe im just not seeing it but can someone please help me make sense of this? Thanks for your guidance.
