I dont know if I should get this stamp looked into further or if these things happen often. I posted a pic of it previously, but I'm officially asking if its really something to be looked at by someone else. Its perforations are 11 X 11, 19.25 X 22.4 mm.

Stamp is a Scott 634. Use a Kiusalas gauge or a MultiGauge: http://slingshotvenus.com/stamps/US...tyPerf5.html

The top and bottom perforations won't match the side perforations. Find a another stamp like a Prexy sheet stamp and check the top and sides against this stamp.

And the printing around the "2" is just an oddity. Ink did not get transferred to the paper there.

The lack of ink around the "2" is normally due to the dryness of the paper. It is sometimes referred to as a "dry print" as the ink will either not take hold or will flake off. This is a printing flaw and not an error.
