I think these two stamps are both Scott 209s. They are both definitely on soft porous paper. But they are different enough to make me scratch my head a little. Any concerns with that id?

The Re engraved 10c Jefferson banknote Scott 209 is brown, yellow brown, orange brown, purple brown, olive brown and 209b is black brown.

Given the variances between systems, I'd guess brown and yellow brown.

209b was missing from the Robert Zoellner collection.
