562c is perf 10 at either the top or the bottom. This stamp appears to be perf 10 on both top & bottom ... hence probably perf 10 on all sides, making it 591.

My opinion: if it is Scotts 562c it is worth 20,000 USD, if it is Scotts 591 it is worth 20,000 Pengo - quite a difference.

antnl75, one of the first things you should do is get a perforation gauge, so you can identify stamps correctly.
