Captain Cook is credited with discovering Australia in 1770 & England beat Spain to Australia as we know it.

Bass & Flinders were the first to circumnavigate Terris Australis & map it.

This is the upcoming 2010 $1 Issue for Australia.
Issue date 1st April, this stamp will give all
Australians the chance to finally design their own stamp
It is expected to be a huge seller for Australia Post.

As I've said before, my collection of Australian stamps is living proof of Australian stamp beauty. I think the "do-it-yourself" is a great idea.
