Rod, Do you know if the Prime Minister of Tuvalu is on that sheet? In 2000 it was Hon. Ionatana Ionatana.

No I don't, sorry BeeSee,
I came across the image years ago, and saved
it out of curiosity.
For something so unique, I thought I would come across it
at auction, but as yet, never seen it in the flesh.
I should imagine that is one huge minisheet,
I havn't searched for it yet in Gibbons, it may give the size.
I cannot see why Tuvalu would not be present.

That reminds me, we had some Tuvalu sheets at our club auction yesterday,
and the auctioneer pronounced it "Tu Vaa lu" which sounded foreign,
I have to check with hopefully a *.wav file on wiki.
...later
Aha, The auctioneer was correct, (as they should be )

I'd be surprised if that was listed in SG, except in the "Addenda" area.

Appendix - that's the word!

Scott has a gap as well, but starts listings again in the mid 2000's.

My guess is that this sheet won't fit on any album page that I have ever seen (it is way too large) and therefor cannot reasonably be called a minisheet but on the other hand, it may prove to contain the largest set of stamps there is. Or is the hage set of stamps from Turkey larger?

Do you think there was any undo Philatelic pressure to create this sheet in Civil War torn Liberia at that time.

This former American colony in Africa was once one of my favorites to collect.

Too large?
then how about shades of Sergeant Pepper,
and have the 190 heads of state painted in national garb?
Smaller and just 1 stamp/ss.

Wow, how would like to collect a postally used example of that sheet. It would be its own collection with just 1 example of each stamp. Then you could really step it up and acquire an autograph from each head of state on cover. I imagine it was printed for just pure philatelic profit.

The only way to mount the sheets would be as....WALLPAPER! A literal example of the philatelic term.
