I remembered that someone on the forum likes Lincoln stamps. I just found this nice one from Columbia on a postcard from Panama the Canal.

Possible to see the PPC? B. (picture postcard)
The cancellation is Buenaventura, the Port City on the Western side,
some distance from the canal.

The topic title caught my eye. Phil's right I do enjoy my Lincoln topical collection. Is that postcard postmarked 1961? I do like that stamp as well as the postal card. I always enjoy seeing Honest Abe items. Thanks for sharing.

The Columbian Lincoln on the Panama Canal post card is definately 1961.

Dude, I am trying to avoid First Day Covers with my Argentina...i like postcards,registered,airmails, censored and when I know the market a Zepp cover or two...Zepp flights going out of Latin America are pricey..the one coming in from Germany are plentiful and reasonably priced but I am not looking for them !
