I found Azerbaijan 1919 only in my scotts then 1922 it was under transcaucasian Federated states and after that I know it was absorbed by Russia

but where is 1920-1921 located? I have 4 lonely stamps to place...

EDIT: see picture below, one had a spot in 1919, so its not pictured

Which 4 stamps are you referring to? As far as I know, Scott does not list any stamps under Azerbaijan for the years 1920-1921. Can you provide Scott catalog numbers?

I stuck them in the corner of 1919 my Scotts pre-1940 only has 1919 for Azerbajain... and the country has such a broken history so I'm not sure if these actually have a slot in the scotts album in some hidden page/country that I'm not finding

Left to right
#24 (A13) 1922
#20 (A10) 1922
#16 (A6) 1922

I recently ran into the stamps from this country. As someone else said in another thread - I really like their "rustic" quality.

Come on! In Scott's, they have stamps listed as: Temple of Eternal Flames, Maiden's Tower, Farmer at Sunset and Judgement Hall.

We're dealing with a "different world" here and I think that is one of the coolest part about collecting stamps - I think some of those early Azerbaijan are some of the most interesting I've seen.
