Nice postmarks!

Rod, your Czech "autoposhta" picture looks spot on.

I guess "bilpostkontor" means "car-post-office", as a form of TPO.

The final "et" = "the", so "bilpostkontoret" = something like, "the car-post office", "the bus-post-office" or similar.

Nigel,
I had trouble reconciling the postal bus and propaganda feature.
Then, I guess the government, that wanted this promoted, approved the postal hammer.
I've exhausted finding a similar impression on line.
I would have expected more examples.

Sorry, I missed the key point here!

I can't find any references to the postmark.

I guess the phrase was first a slogan and then became the name of an organisation which continues to this day.

I've found six covers with military reply franks from the same 1940-41 period on Delcampe with postmarks like this, three from Stockholm and three from Gothenburg:
