Between 1932-38, Spain issued a set of three "Spanish buildings" stamps with several perforation varieties. The one peseta, low value (Sc #539) of the set depicts several of the cliff houses of Cuenca.

From travellingspain.com, "Three sides of the old port of Cuenca are surrounded by a deep gorge carved out by two rivers. Along the cliffs of this gorge, a number of houses can be seen hanging off the cliff. These hanging houses, or 'cases colgadas' date all the way back to the 1400s."
