I'm sure there are a lot of WW stamps out there with the Freemasonry theme. Although I don't personally have any at the moment, I found this on the web from Uruguay: Perhaps some SCF members will share other examples. Interestingly, there is a web site that has covers commemorating famous Americans who were Freemasons, so I'm sure it's a topic that can easily be expanded upon. |

I've seen a checklist for Masonic collecting; I'm sure a Google search would turn up lots of hits. Searching bidstart's or ebay's Stamps category for "Masonic" or "Freemasonry" pulls all kinds of hits, too. Over 500 on bidstart alone for "Masonic" (admittedly some of which don't apply). |

You could also collect stamps depicting people whom were Masons ie. George Washington. |

I've got quite a few stamps to do with bricklaying - but they're somewhere in one of my semi-organised lots, with a lot of other stamps to do with construction. I seem to remember several from East Germany and Romania, among others. |

David, if you do get finished organizing and if possible I would love to see stamps with bricklaying on them.

Anything with the Great Wall of China, or the Berlin Wall, has a masonry theme! |

Hey Rod, didn't I send that to you a year or so ago with some stuff you bought from me? I have several of those I had found in some 1930's FDC's. |

I don't think the author of the thread was talking about Stone Masons....or "Operative" Masons. |
