Here's a few more of the charity seals, starting with the 1905 and 1911 general Charity Christmas seals, and then the Thorvaldsen Society seals for 1913 (undated). After this, they are dated.

The icelandic word for "Christmas" is Jól,not Jul

Looking at the envelope below I would say that Rod's seal is definitely from Norway:

The seal appears to come in at least 3 different colours, as shown in this collection of unfortunately unidentified old poster seals (see page 2):

On the following Christmas seals/Red Cross site under Norway are listed issues (not illustrated) for 1971, 1972,1974 and 1975 with subject Mother & Child with Donkey:
