What do the letters SC refer to after
the engravers name?
...and DEL after the designers?

rod222 - They are abbreviations for Latin words. SC = "sculpsit" = "he (or she) carved it." DEL = "delineavit" = "he (or she) drew it." - nethryk

butterfly - Your post of 03/28/2011.

The first two stamps depict tractors pulling a line-up of, previously horse-drawn, seed-drills monitored by hands carried on stepboards behind. The stamps publicized collectivized agriculture in the early 1950s.

The third stamps shows a machine for installing soil drainage system. A similar machine appeared on the 60h stamp issued on 20/01/1961.
