The Kuwait stamps have a very Western appearance especially the one wit the mother with a western hair style.

"Stability of the home - family unit," printed by lithography, and issued by Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania on July 15, 1974 as one of a set of four stamps publicizing the 17th International Conference on Social Welfare, Scott No. 288.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting a Family Planning emblem, printed by lithography, and issued by Iran on December 5, 1972 as one of a set of two similar stamps promoting "family planning for prosperity," Scott No. 1682.

"Productive Family," designed by Safia Farhat (1924-2004), printed by photogravure on granite paper (Courvoisier S.A.), and issued by Tunisia on June 26, 1982 to publicize the Productive Family Employment campaign, Scott No. 804.
