Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians and the Ancient Beech Forests of Germany is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. The ancient beech (Fagus sylvatica) forest of Germany is located in the Muritz National Park in northeastern Germany.

Arslanbob is a large wild walnut (Juglans regia) forest in the Jalal-Abad Region of Kyrgyzstan. The Arslanbob walnut is the first known Kyrgyz export to Europe.

"Reforestation," an airmail stamp printed by lithography, and issued by Costa Rica on January 14, 1980 as one of a set of two similar stamps, Scott No. C775.

Nature of America series - Pacific Coast Rain Forest Issue

The rain forest of the Pacific Northwest is one of the largest remaining temperate rain forests in the world and is considered by some to be the most spectacular.
