Great thread and thanks for the images! a set of three stamps entitled "Israeli achievements in cardiology" was issued by Israel in 2013.Stamps shows:

3.00 Sh. - Percutaneous heart valve
4.20 Sh. - Stent
5.00 Sh. - implantable defibrillator
The tabs show heart and ACG chart and monitor diagram:
