Marie and Pierre Curie have appeared together on several stamps. The stamp shown above by Nethryk was also issued by several French colonies in 1938.
Australia has at least a couple of stamps showing husbands and wives (outside of the Royal family). In the Legends issue of 2008, Victor and Loti Smorgon were honoured as philanthropists (SG2908). From the Just not Desserts issue of 2009, Baron Lamington and his wife Mary appear next to a sliced lamington.
Lord and Lady Baden-Powell appear on a stamp from Antigua & Barbuda (1985 - SG957).
From the Canadian opera singers set of 2006, Leopold Simoneau (tenor) and his wife Pierrette Alaric (soprano) are shown (SG2427). |

First of all let me say that I think that nethryk's Carl/Silvia stamp should be included on the 'beautiful women' thread. Yowza! (Silvia, not Carl. ) That said, here's a collection of four generations of royal marrieds on Canadian stamps. |

And with Christmas coming up, what better couple than these two? **although there are those persistent rumours about the parentage of the boy** |

Here is an image of a stamp featuring portraits of Manuel Amador Guerrero (1833-1909), the first president of Panama, and his wife, María Ossa De Amador (née María De La Ossa Escobar, 1855-1948), engraved and printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co., Ltd., and issued by Panama on November 3, 1953 to commemorate the country's 50th anniversary, Scott No. 390. - nethryk |

Austria issued this SS in 2004 for the 150th Anniversary of the wedding of Emperor Franz Josef and Empress Elizabeth. Scott 1952 The shiny gold colour on the stamps just doesn't scan too well. The actual sheet looks a lot better than the scan. |
