They are Christmas Seals.

Hi Inker, here's a souvenir sheet issued in 2002 by India to commemorate 150 years of Railways. Yes, Indian railways is now 156 years old and has the second largest network in the world.

Great pictures of trains on stamps.

Here's a special cover with a postmark to commemorate centenary of the railway line to a hill station close to Bombay. This is a toy train,
