One of the Stamps which I have with a Living Person portrayed on the stamp is USA FA1 Certified Stamp. Robert F. Bancroft a Letter Carrier in Washington DC was the model for the Certified Stamp released in 1955  |

Republic of China (Taiwan) The 19th Olympic Games October 12, 1968 The $8 denomination stamp portrays Chi Cheng (1944 - ) in the 80-meter hurdles race. Chi Cheng is a Taiwanese track and field athlete. She was an Olympic medalist in 1968 and was named the Associated Press Athlete of the Year for 1970.  |

Ukraine Anna and Mariya Muzychuk - World Chess Champions October 10, 2015 Anna Olegivna Muzychuk (1990 - ) is a Ukrainian chess Grandmaster. From 2004 to 2014 she played for Slovenia. Mariya Olegivna Muzychuk (1992 - ) is a Ukrainian chess player, and the current Women's World Chess Champion.  |

Australia Australian Legends - The Victoria Cross January 22, 2015 Ben Roberts-Smith (1978 -) was awarded the Victoria Cross for Australia for his actions during a helicopter assault into Tizak on 11 June 11, 2010 while serving with the Special Air Service Regiment during the War in Afghanistan. Daniel Keighran (1983 - ) was awarded the Victoria Cross for Australia for his actions in the Battle of Derapet on August 24, 2010 during the War in Afghanistan. Cameron Baird (1981 - 2013) was awarded the Victoria Cross for Australia in February 2014. Baird was killed in operations in Afghanistan on 22 June 2013. Keith Payne (1933 - ) was awarded the Victoria Cross due to his actions during the Vietnam War. Aged 82, he is the last living Australian recipient of the original "Imperial" Victoria Cross. Mark Donaldson (1979 - ) was awarded the Victoria Cross for Australia for his actions in the Battle of Khaz Oruzgan on September 2, 2008 during Operation Slipper, the Australian contribution to the War in Afghanistan.  |

Canada Alice Munro July 10, 2015 Alice Ann Munro (1931 - ) is a Canadian short story writer. Her work has been described as having revolutionized the architecture of short stories, especially in its tendency to move forward and backward in time. She won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2013. Her works include Dear Life and Dance of the Happy Shades.  |

Philippines Miss Universe souvenir sheet May 5, 1994 Gloria Maria Aspillera Diaz (1951 - ) is a Filipino actress, TV Host and beauty queen who is the first Filipino to win the Miss Universe crown in 1969 in Miami Beach, Florida. Margie Moran-Floirendo (1953 - ) is a Filipino multi-awarded peace advocate for her efforts in Mindanao and currently the President of Ballet Philippines. She won the second Miss Universe crown for the Philippines in 1973.  |

Trinidad and Tobago Miss Universe 1977 - Miss Janelle (Penny) Commissiong August 2, 1978 Janelle (Penny) Commissiong (1953 - ) won the Miss Universe 1977 pageant. During her reign, she was an advocate for black rights and world peace. Commissiong was awarded the Trinity Cross, the country's highest award, in 1977. Three postage stamps were also issued in her honor.  |

Uruguay Famous Female series - Professor Belela Herrera March 6, 2015 Bernabela Herrera Maria Sanguinetti, better known as Belela, was born in Montevideo. Since 1973 Belela devoted 17 years of her life to the refugees, serving as the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in South American and Caribbean countries, as deputy director of the Division of Human Rights in a United Nations mission in El Salvador and worked, and as a human rights observer in Haiti. In February 1995 she became the Director of Cooperation and International Relations in the Municipality of Montevideo. She was vice chancellor of Uruguay between 2005 and 2008.  |
