Sorry, I have no information other than printed on stamps. There is another sheet in my possession with two stamps missed. An information on missed stamps will be greatly appreciated.   |

Thanks. Appears common with many French "Poster Stamps" The sheets I have seen for Fr Morocco, 1900 Paris Expo etc & etc all have no inscriptions as to genesis, in the selvedge. |

Delandres Poster Stamps ~ Sundry This one confuses me. Is this ATHENA with Medusa on the Breastplate? I am missing the significance  Indeed Athena : Warrior Queen whom lead soldiers into Battle.     |

Gee, thanks Vayolene So I am assuming text inspired by Delandres, and not a sentiment from either France or Italy. After 1918, I could not see any country glorying war. War! Ugh! What is it good for?.............. |
