Here is a souvenir leaf of the USPS publicizing the ESPANA 84 stamp exhibition. It has two replicas of 1893 USA stamp and 1930 Spain stamp, both show Columbus ships. Both replicas are engraved in high quality. I have no engravers and printer names.

Engravers:
Vignette: Charles Skinner (1841-1932)
Frame & Lettering: George Henry Seymour (1852-1943)

1930 - Spain - Caravels - Printed by Waterlow & Sons, London.
Engraver (Vignette, frame, lettering): José Luis López Sánchez-Toda (1901-1975)

The Card was printed by Bureau of Engraving and Printing - BEP
