The spotted deer, on a 1 Anna stamp from Bhopal, issued 1940 (SG O345)  and some photographic essays for the same issue (the other stamp in this set was a ½ Anna depicting a tiger):  No indication of who prepared the essays, but most likely they were the work of T.I. Archer. |
