Certainly a nice stamp, but I find it interesting how the stamp printer shown at the bottom of the stamp is shown to be Wright Bank Note Co. of "FILADELFIA" rather than "PHILADELPHIA"!

Thats probably because Filadelfia is the spanish name for Philadelphia. Pretty similar to London which is Londres in french and spanish.

Here is an image of a stamp featuring portraits of Queen Victoria and Sir Rowland Hill, printed by lithography, and issued by Venezuela on February 13, 1980 to commemorate the centenary of Hill's death, Scott No. 1223.
