I would like to start another RR.
Please let me know if you would like to participate.

Rules will be:
- 70/30 split commemoratives to definitives
- 1:1 swap example: 1 taken - 1 replaced.
- No duplication so you can't put in if it is already there.
- Must maintain mix of commemorative for commemorative,
- Must maintain mix of definitive for definitive.
- No switching, No damaged stock
- Only mint or fine used (No CTO)
- Nice stamps used for postage between participants.
- List of the participating people is included in the envelope.
- Must notify this thread group when received and mailed.
- Should be posted within a week of reception.
- Should not be sent within same country, maybe even send it to furthest person next. That is Randomly select a person on the list and cross off
