In late October of 1998, Honduras was devastated by Hurricane Mitch. To show its appreciation to the international community, the country issued a set of two, 16-stamp sheets of large, rouletted 5.40 lempira airmail stamps showing recovery projects.

One of these stamps features ex-President George H. W. Bush. Stamp measures 48mm x 67mm.

On August 11, 1983 Ireland issued this 44 p stamp (Hib #C364) depicting Andrew Jackson, the seventh U.S. President.

From Irish Times, August 6, 2020, "Jackson's parents, Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson, were poor Protestant farmers who emigrated from Boneybefore, County Antrim (Northern Ireland), to the Carolina frontier two years before Andrew, their youngest son, was born in 1767."
