On the 49th Anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination
this stamp from Monaco would be suitable.
It was issued in 1964 on his first death anniversary.

The Portuguese claimed the island of Bolama in 1830 and a dispute developed. In 1860, the British proclaimed the island annexed to Sierra Leone, but in 1870 a commission chaired by Ulysses S. Grant awarded Bolama to Portugal. Subsequently, in 1879, Bolama became the first capital of Portuguese Guinea and remained so until its transfer to Bissau in 1941.

Hi

Richard Nixon (when Vice President) is on Ecuador Scott 640, SG 1104. Sorry I do not have a scanner to post an image.

Fernando
I have had these stamps for 20 years and it is the first time I realized the flag is Colombia. I never noticed the Coat of Arms missing on the flag.
