These can sometimes arrive with mixed Egyptian Stamps, resulting in frenzied Catalogue searching.

I believe the Arabic script (overprint) says United Arab Republic.

King Fuad stamps 1927-37. Screen Types
Below the 2 screen types. Early printing has vertical dots.Later printings have diagonal dots.I included another one which could be a blurred type.You really need a good close up lens to see the dots.
