Hadn't seen this type of company in this thread. Mitchell, SD, population about 4200 in 1903 is home to The Corn Palace a Moorish Revival building decorated with crop art; the murals and designs covering the building are made from corn and other grains, and a new design is constructed each year. It is a venue for concerts, sports events, exhibits and other community events. It is the last surviving Corn Palace beginning here in 1892. Rebuilt twice, it had a major remodel in 1937. It gets about a half million visits per year.
