I received this check in a lot of stamps which also contained alot of misc. items. Alot of interesting elements to it from the graphic in the lower left corner and the revenue image in the mid background of the check:

The imprint (revenue stamped paper) is listed in the Scott U.S. Specialized, but I can't discern the variety.

You can also find the addressee, E. H. Jacobs & Company, in Google.
