The first half a dozen are Christmas (TB) seals, not in Scott; there are hundreds of different varieties.

1- Correos Ahorros = Postal Saving Stamp (not in Scott)
2 and 3 - Revenue stamps (not in Scott)
4- Postal Tax Stamp, Scott RA5 (1929). "The use of this stamp, in addition to the regular postage was compulsory. The money obtained from their sales was used for child welfare work" (Scott)

Thread Bumped, been dormant for 8 years,

Stumped !
I chose Mexico due to large vertical format, and the use of "Talons"
Exhausted all my searches, Cuba, Philippines, Mexico, Spain.

Anyone?

I do not recognise the icon in red (Bird over high mountains) or the plant (Sunflowers?)
The Eagle on Nest with chicks is Mexico ?
