The stamps, I had thought, would be the current domestic rate, 85c now, forever, permantently. How is the reduced rate coming into effect do you think?

It was not meant to be a "P" stamp. Unitrade has it as (30¢) #907.

I read the postal code to be: B2W-5G0

I also have one with this same postal code, but the Cole Harbour Post Office in Dartmouth!

Your COLE HARBOUR 101150 franchise is now closed. It was replaced by 103394 FOREST HILL RO. Both are in Dartmouth in the same area, hence the same postal code.

Searching for 'Cole Harbour' via CPC does not find any Post Office in Cole Harbour.

Searching for '0000101150' in URL returns nothing now.

Thank you. Haven't seen them before now in my slow but steady wanderings.

It's nice to see those Greeting stamps with the Chiropractor center labels on them. That was a rare booklet to see for me.


Very nice to see the Goldfinch on the postal stationery envelope. Those take postmarks and cancels well. Beautiful Victoria strike and good to finally see ' Canada Post Corporation' spelled out for once.

I haven't joined the societies yet that have information on these already, have you? I am an old slow poke.

This thread might be a bit dead.... but I love collecting POCONs, and take pictures of the cancellation marks always. Here is one I just got today.

Amazing to discover this thread today, even if it might be dead. I am a young new collector and have taken an interest into these cancels.

I am wondering how most people obtain these. I have have been into serval post offices trying to get these and have got a lot of weird looks and one person tried to tell me asking for these cancels was illegal. *roll eyes*
