I`d say no. Some quick tests to be made: diameter (átmérõ) = 19,5 mm. Total issue of this stamp: 6.016, and 3.691 were sold at post offices. Waslui / Moldova day/month cancellation - spelling (`Waslui` instead of `Vaslui`) in this case is correct, as postmarks were made in Germany (german spelling). Moldova postmarks were used before 1862. So the cancellation (probably forged) suggests that this is not a 1891 so called `GORJAN` reimpression (the original postmarks were used). I`ll soon post the design characteristics, but at first look this one doesn`t seem ok.
