This Cuba postcard has a postmark with Key West on it..so I am wondering if someone mailed it from Key West with a Cuban stamp or if there is a connection between Cuba and Key West ?

It's an RPO cancel even. Perhaps some form of Paquebot?

This is a diagram of the Key West rail station. Apparently the Key West and Havana RPO line was an intermodal line consisting of ship and rail transport.
