Here is a modern (circa 2003-7) letter seal from Deutsche Post of Germany. Message says, "Good news letter!." Size of label is 26mm x 39.5mm.  |

On January 20, 2015 the UK issued two "Smilers" booklet of six designs. Both booklets used the same designs, but one was traditional gum, and the other was self-adhesive. This self-adhesive stamp (S.G. #3675) is from the issue.  |

A group of stamps from France, issued 1997, depicting the journey of a letter in cartoon form; a very envelope centric issue as the envelope is shown on all five. The envelope even writes the letter and collects the kisses in the end! Mine is the regular old-fashioned gummed strip, perf 13. Yv# B3065A comprising 3060-3065 / Scott #2580a comprising # 2575-2580 There was also a self-adhesive serpentine die cut variety, perf. 11, issued in a booklet configuration which I lack, vendor scan of that configuration is below.   |
