Well as I mention postage is expensive but due to the previous postage loss all items are shipped with registered and insured mail only.
I do not make any money out of postage and any overcharged postage will be re-founded with out hesitation. I do not want dissatisfied customers and some times paying extra gives you a peace of mind as sellers are not protected in eBay
in case item is lost by postal service.
And another think is how to know if buyer does not just want a free item by claiming that he has not received item? My action solves all problems - solution is providing registered mail only.
I hope it does make sense.
