I am not pushing Amazon or the book "The Chalon Heads" but it was included on today's daily e-mail that I get from BookBud of free or cheap books. The Amazon Kindle edition is $1.99 (USA) today. I did download it.

Thanks for the tip. I still can't comprehend how I can hit a button on my computer "buy with one click" and a minute later a book is on my Kindle but that's what I did. Looking forward to reading the novel.

Camille Minichino has published 3 mysteries under the pen name of Jean Flowers in her "A Postmistress Mystery" series:

"Death Takes a Priority", 2015
"Cancelled by Murder", 2016
"Addressed to Kill", 2017

The police are aided by the amateur sleuth, a small town Massachusetts postmaster. A fair bit of c2015 era postal stuff is interwoven as patrons often come to the post office. Lite reading. Here are scans of the paperback editions:

I had no idea there were so many stories and novels written about stamp collecting or with that as a part. Thanks for this topic.
