I got some space stamps and an envelope of 60 misc worldwide stamps today!

After a painful wait, 12 auction lots that I won on December 8. Very stressful situation but they made it safely.

I received my auction lots from UPA's auction of 11th January. I didn't pay the bill till monday so I thought that was good service I got 2 Italian stamps from the 1920s. They have Se tenant advertising labels, there was no perforation made betwen the adverts and the Postage part of the stamp which shows King Victor Emmanuel in profile. The stamp part are like SG77 and 78. I don't have a scanner so unfortunately can't show them. As A bonus the stamps on the envelope included GB SG1609 33p value Tennyson death. centenary stamp, & SG1631 Green house effect. Both of which I need so I am more than pleased with my Parcel.

On Friday I received an envelope from a fellow member of my local stamp club, colourful with the many stamps he used to mail it to me, with a price list of Malay stamps that he photocopied from Linn's. I had bought some sets and singles from his stock a month ago and he was kind enough to steer me in the direction of another dealer.

Stamps! I finally a bunch of stock sheets full of Indo-china stamps! There was some duplication.

Just through the letter box. Deliveries in my part of rural Ireland are lunch to mid afternoon! An Post have been brilliantly supportive throughout the Covid pandemic.

These arrived recently - one from Canvey Islands which included a bonus postcard of the Dutch Cottage Museum. Stamps that arrived from Lithuania.

Two nice covers from Great Britain with early Queen Victoria stamps, SG 66 sent to Avignon, and SG 109 sent to Naples. I'm always impressed by what beautiful handwriting people had back then

Hi Rod - I know it was very new to me - of course I looked it up :) I thought it was very interesting and a nice touch with the postcard so I decided to share. Also the postmarks were clean and to add a little more interest the coronavirus made an appearance.

This arrived. Lots of nice maps and useful information.

I just got another postcard written in Volapük to add to my collection, my first since last February, and this one was another excellent bargain: only $2.22 including postage and tax!
