Here are images of the four similar semi-postal (charity) stamps in a set depicting helping hands supporting women, printed by lithography, and issued for use in Netherlands Antilles on July 4, 1967, Scott Nos. B77-B80.

Reforesting the mangrove borders at the transition zone between land and ocean reduces erosion and protects against high waves. Mangroves also provide an environment for innumerable animals. 2018

Protect the environment! The difference between the countryside in Haiti and that in the Dominican Republic is stark. Trees and shrubs reduce erosion and support a stable water cycle. 1982.

The Intergovernmental Authority on Drought and Development (IGADD), was a multinational body founded in 1986 by Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda and Kenya, with a focus on development and environmental control. Eritrea joined the organization in 1993. In 1996 it was reorganized as the IGAD.

The ecology of the tiny island nation of Nauru in the west Pacific suffered from the exploitation of its phosphate deposits. Planting trees may help restore the landscape of the formerly beautiful island.
