Hands of artists-painter: Milena Pavloviæ-Barilli (1909-1945)

...............Self-portrait, 1938

A left-handed Serbian painter and poet studied at the Royal school of arts in Belgrade and in Munich.
In the early 1930s she left Serbia and lived in Rome, Paris and London.
After 1939 she stayed in New York only, where she died in 1945.
A am not sure that she was lef-handed, because on stamp is her self-portrait,
which may be her image in the mirror.

----------------------
Hi Kris, perfect finding of left-handed Hildegard von Bingen writing.
