Atlanta, Georgia Precancel Type?

Can anyone help me identify the Atlanta, Georgia precancel type as in this example? I assume it is one of the "L" types for which I do not have a catalog. It is also one of the very few Georgia precancels I have seen where the State name is not abbreviated:
