Is This Fake? Huntingdon PA Possible Type 841 On 1930s Due?

I don't think I've ever seen the 800s used on a stamp this old, so is it fake? And if not, is it 841 or 804 with the comma missing. The print just looks slightly too large / wrong for an 841, but the missing comma seems unlikely when it's otherwise so clear and a decent impression:

Normal PSS-841, the '1931' postage due stamps hung around in many post offices well into the 1960's.
