I have had these in my Illinois T&T collection. They do not have a PSS Style number, but they look like a precancel. Were they listed at one time and then de-listed?
And another question along this line; if a precancel is de-listed, do they ever get re-listed?

Unlikely they will get listed, the cancel was used as a postcancel also. They are common.
