Nothing to blow your doors off, just some nice pieces pulled from bulk lots I have purchased.

First some documents with battleships.

Great embossed seal on this one.

Nice cancel.

My first 1st-day-of-tax find. These routinely sell for $50-150.

I like all of the engravings on this one.

Nice unused RN on a telegram form.

Wide variety of 1st issues used on this one.

Lastly a very nice variety of tobacco tax stamps on a single document. I can't actually figure out the name of the company in question... Springfield (Kentucky) L. L. T. W.

Tobacco Warehouse?
Tobacco Works?
Tobacco Wholesalers?

Probably "Springfield Loose Leaf Tobacco Warehouse". I am not sure what the A.M.G. stands for.

The G might stand for grade, with the AM being the abbreviation of the grade.

Nice document, not so easy to find despite the vast number that must have existed at the time.

Very good. I shouldn't look at documents after weddings. :-)
