Student with globe and map of the French colonies, issued for use in French Oceanic Region (Établissements Français de l'Océanie) on June 22, 1942 to publicize the "Quinzaine Impériale", two weeks (15-31/May/1942) of propaganda campaign aimed to glorified France and its colonies.
