More on the Russian Traffic Safety stamp in my prior post. Discovered a translation website with a Russian typewriter and translated what the stamp in the prior post is saying. It make sense now why a kid is on the stamp. Top message: "Everyone should know this for sure by five!" Book's title is: Traffic Rules.  |
