Nice! I've not seen that one before. :D I believe the letters in the top corners are the initials of the founder of the post, Isaac Brudo.

This item is also listed in Billig's Specialized Catalogue Volume 6 Handbook of Private Local Posts, 1950.
It was produced by the "Isaac Brudo Post" local post and was issued in January 1893. The "Isaac Brudo Post" started in January 1891. On 16 July 1900 Brudo sold his post to the French postal authorities in Morocco. The French postal authorities continued to use the Isaac Brudo stamps till 15 July 1902.

I must conclude mine is a FORGERY

Mine has the background lines (Horizontal) but is Perf 11
Billigs has no listing for that (although the forgery (Perf 11) has NO background lines)
Reprints have no background lines.
A conundrum.
