I have this block of 25 precancelled Traverse City Mich. stamps. I isolated the end stamps where it looks like the device they were using jumps up a bit. I don't know anything about precancels. I have been pushing this around my office but I need to mark it and put it away. Can someone tell me what I have?

It is called a PSS-807 type, minimal CV. The device is a vinyl handstamp of 2x5 subjects. They would have to stamp it at least 10 times to complete a sheet, ergo the jumps and spaces.

Thanks chasa, I appreciate the concise answer for something I know little about.
