Yvert's Classiques prices them, but doesn't picture, or otherwise list, them (as far as I saw in a quick look).

Possibly from Maury carnet 15, 16 or 17,1930?

Not according to my 2021 Maury.
The carnets are not explicit in referring to any "tab" information.

Possibly lie in any specialist catalogue on Algeria.

I have a wonky relationship with Spink / Maury, just feeling the catalogue out, and learning.
If it were a jigsaw, then I have just the frame completed.

Click on 1930, for instance, and they'll picture any number of varieties of the basic stamps. Advertising tabs, perfins, blocks, you name it.

Tricky to find these days, and I don't get the impression that Spink has any interest in updating the non-France catalogues.
