My question is dumb a bit... take my apologies in advance.

I am unable to find out the correct English term for small pvc (or other material) clear envelopes/bags/folders/cases in which are postcards usually saved.

So, is there any official term for that kind of storage material? B
Because with the words which I have mentioned (envelopes, bags, folders cases) I didn't find any offer on eBay.

Polypropylene Bags filipo.
Discard the "dumb" assumption, every question is valid, and will assist someone.
When one answers questions, one learns as well.
I pay about $14 Australian for 1000 bags, IIRC.

These bags are a nightmare, as far as I know, they are the safest for preservation, but as slippery as goodness knows what.
They will resist any form of stability in a shoe box or the like.

It's usually sleeve or wallet.

I know that ikeyPikey Towers is filled to the very top with neat shoe-boxes of postcards, but I also use the leaves designed for holding large cigarette cards for postcard storage. You can get four cards in these, and they're slightly easier to keep from slipping all over the place. An example
